AegisAI Systems, LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, operates AegisAI. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our websites, Janus and related modules, AegisChess, and connections you authorize to third-party services.

We handle the account information you provide, such as your name and email address, and the content you choose to place in your workspace. Depending on the features you use, this can include conversations, uploaded documents, saved memories, projects, chess games, imported repertoires, and requests for support. Information about other people may appear in content you provide; share it only when you have an appropriate basis to do so.

Content may include personal or sensitive information contained in the text, documents, images, audio, transcripts, or other material you submit. Only provide information you are authorized to share and that is necessary for the feature you use.

Authentication and session technologies keep you signed in. Local storage can preserve settings such as your chosen theme, chess board appearance, and sound preferences. Hosting and security services may process connection information, browser information, IP addresses, request times, and error or security logs to deliver the service, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse. Browser settings let you control cookies and local storage; disabling necessary storage may affect sign-in or saved preferences. The public website and authenticated workspace may use different providers and storage technologies.

Signing in with Google requests basic identity information: your name, email address, profile information, and an account identifier used to recognize your Google account. Basic sign-in does not itself authorize access to Gmail, Calendar, or Drive.

If you separately connect Google services, the permissions shown by Google determine the access you grant. The current connection supports:

- Calendar: read access for calendar-based schedules and daily context.

- Gmail: read access for inbox features and message summaries.

- Drive: read access for file-related features. The currently requested permission is broad read access, not access limited only to a file you explicitly select.

- Optional Gmail actions: modification access for supported mail-management actions such as changing message status, managing labels, and moving messages to Trash.

A permission can authorize more information than a particular screen displays. Review Google's consent screen before connecting an account. You can decline optional connections and revoke access later. A connection may remain active between visits while its authorization remains valid.

Google handles its authentication screen. Our Google connection uses authorization tokens rather than asking you to give AegisAI your Google password. Tokens can allow continued access until they expire, are disconnected, or are revoked.

We use information to provide requested features, authenticate accounts, maintain workspaces and saved content, personalize responses through memory features, provide support, diagnose service errors, protect against misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where you purchase a service, transaction information is used for payment administration and related recordkeeping.

For example, saved chess games can support replay and player-trajectory analysis. Connected Google information can support schedules, inbox summaries, and authorized file workflows. A user's choice to connect Google does not authorize unrelated uses.

AI features process your request and relevant context, which can include uploaded content, saved memory, and information from a connection you authorize. Depending on the feature and model used, relevant information may be sent to an external AI service provider to produce a response. Do not assume that every model runs entirely on your device or solely within AegisAI's own servers.

Personal memory and generated summaries can preserve context across conversations. They are separate records from the source conversation or connected account. Removing a source does not necessarily remove every saved copy or derived memory. To request removal of related records, contact the privacy address and identify the account and information involved; do not send passwords or access tokens.

Google user data is used only for the disclosed features you authorize. It must not be used to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models, or be placed in shared training, evaluation, or recursive-improvement datasets. Private personalization is limited to the authorized user-facing feature. Connecting Google does not grant permission for unrelated model training.

We use service providers for functions such as cloud hosting, AI processing, authentication, website delivery, security, communications, and payment processing where applicable. Information is shared as needed for the function involved, rather than granting every provider access to every category of information. Services you independently use or connect also have their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information or use connected Google data for advertising. Access by people is limited to legitimate service, security, support, or legal purposes. Human access to Google data must satisfy Google's requirements, including specific user consent where required. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights and safety, or address a security incident. Any such disclosure is limited to its relevant purpose.

AegisAI's use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

These restrictions apply to connected Google information and its downstream processing. They do not imply endorsement or certification by Google.

AegisAI operates from the United States and uses cloud infrastructure. Information may also be processed where the service providers involved in your request operate, which can be outside your country of residence. Questions about processing locations and the providers relevant to a particular feature can be sent to the privacy contact.

Janus 12D is designed to preserve memory, identity, and continuity across sessions. Saved conversations, memories, identity context, and other workspace content persist by default; we do not automatically delete them merely because a fixed number of days has passed. Users may delete individual items where a feature provides that control or request deletion through the privacy contact. We handle verified requests in accordance with applicable law and provider requirements, including relevant saved copies and derived records, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-recordkeeping exceptions. Connection tokens and Google information are retained only as needed for disclosed, authorized purposes. Operational records are retained as necessary for their specific service or legal purposes. Persistent memory does not waive privacy rights or guarantee against data loss.

You can review or revoke AegisAI's Google connection through your Google Account connections. Revocation is not the same as deleting information already saved in AegisAI.

Email 12D@aegisaisystems.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion. Include the email associated with your AegisAI account and a description of the request, including whether it covers specific information or the account's persistent memories and identity context. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority; never send a password, private key, or access token. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a data-protection authority. Statutory rights and deadlines are not reduced by this policy.

Disconnecting Google, removing a conversation, deleting a saved game, closing an AegisAI account, and deleting information within Google are separate actions. AegisAI deletion does not delete source information in your Google account or copies you exported elsewhere. For account-wide erasure, use the privacy contact rather than assuming that deleting one item removes all related records, memories, or backups.

The hosted workspace uses HTTPS and account authentication. Google connections use authorization tokens rather than collecting your Google password. Access controls and service safeguards are intended to reduce unauthorized access and misuse. No internet service can guarantee complete security, and this policy does not claim end-to-end encryption, a security certification, or immunity from compromise.

Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Specialist features, including medical, legal, and educational tools, do not by themselves establish a regulated institutional agreement or authorize uploading another person's confidential records.

AegisAI is intended for people aged 13 or older, subject to any higher minimum age required by local law. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child below the permitted age has supplied personal information, contact the privacy address so we can investigate and arrange appropriate deletion. Institutions must ensure that their use, permissions, and handling of student or other protected information comply with applicable requirements.

When this policy changes, we will post the updated policy and effective date on our website. We will provide additional notice or seek consent where required by law. New uses of connected Google information must be disclosed and separately authorized where required before they begin.
